WANTED KOOKABURRA

First the kangaroo then the possum, now what? It was a chaotic scene! Also, there is not much left for the very unpleasant animals to steal. So they had to think of what to do to get their things back, but too late, it is lunch. They could tell because of the sumptuous scent of cooked meat and the loud rumbling of their squelchy stomachs. They knelt down with their wooden knife and started to gnaw on the meat awfully slowly. As they looked around the sandy savannah, they saw a gnarled tree with a small kookaburra on it. When they finished lunch, they put everything away except for one knife, that was left lying there right next to the bright fire. Suddenly the dark kookaburra swooped down and stole the knife. "What next?," shouted Wallambimbi.
