One night the Aboriginies were sitting by the fire
under a
particularly bright sky
watching flames burst up
beautifully. Chief Wallambimbi was playing the didgeridoo
successfully while the whole tribe danced.
Finally the tune finished with a big boom, everyone
gradually stopped dancing
and Chief Wallambimbi put the didgeridoo down. A kangaroo stood quietly behind a tree watching the aboriginies
and waiting for the perfect moment. Chief Wallambimbi announced that it was time to go to bed.
When everyone woke up they noticed the didgeridoo had left. They thought it was probably the kangaroo!

How humourous! Love all the Aussie words!
ReplyDeleteGood use of your spelling words, you might want to check and see if 'under' and 'watching' are connectives. :-)
